Ask reception or click on our website to make a claim. You only pay one excess per policy year if you claim, not one per condition.

We believe poorly pets should be properly treated, and we won't increase your premium because you have made a claim.

We cover treatment through another vet practice if your pet needs emergency care while you are away from home.

pre-existing conditions
health conditions and injuries that your pet suffered before taking out your policy with us, but we will confirm these to you as soon as possible after you take out your policy.
specialist dogs
we do not cover dogs used for guarding, security or racing.
breeding
we do not cover treatment related to breeding, pregnancy and breeding-related illnesses.
routine ( expected ) treatments
e.g. flea treatments, wormers, dental scale & polish and vaccinations.
joining age
we can only take on new animals under six years old, but once insured your animal is covered for as long as you keep up the payments
